Retention and deletion

Export downloads expire after seven days. A scheduled retention job removes expired export payloads. Login sessions expire after 30 days; expired sessions and sessions revoked at least 30 days ago are removed by the same job. Expired invitations are removed after 30 days. Closed moderation case text follows the existing 90-day policy, with open cases and pending appeals held.

Account deletion disables login, revokes sessions and memberships, removes email and password fields, hides the public profile, removes authored comment text and follows, and archives owned projects/assets. Your stable user ID and reserved username remain for attribution and to prevent impersonation.

Immutable editions, rights/attribution snapshots, project media and audit records are retained for operator review of shared dependencies, disputes and retention obligations. The request is marked retained, not fully erased. No automatic purge deadline or compliance guarantee is claimed for these records. Contact the operator for retained-record review. Backup expiration and restoration safeguards must be reviewed before public launch.
